T-Mobile recently debuted its new web browsing option along with a new pricing plan for data access. The new web2go will work across voice phones and smartphones making the web even more accessible to mobile users.

T-Mobile was already a player in the mobile Internet market with T-Zones, now however, users will have the ability to customize their home page, access more downloads, use themes and colors, and customize up to 8 channels.

Google’s open mobile Internet software has finally landed. Partnering with T-Mobile for the G1 mobile phone, this long awaited launch will bring the open mobile platform to the masses. The T-Mobile G1 powered by Android is available for T-Mobile customers spanning two continents and is sure to keep expanding.

Mobile communication has reached far beyond a simple phone call or text message. Increasingly mobile users are needing to stay connected to their offices or the web for important information or news and for delivery of email. The T-Mobile G1 powered by Android will increase the number of people accessing the Internet from the mobile devices.

With the release of Virgin Mobile Festival’s Streaming Video the door is opening for performances of major concerts to be released via streaming mobile. In December, 2008 Virgin Mobile announced that customers of Virgin Mobile USA and Helio would be able to access streaming videos of the 2008 Virgin Mobile Festival.

This streaming video performance was the first from a major festival that was made available to mobile clients across the mobile platform. The Verizon Mobile Festival featured highly popular artists such as Iggy Pop, KT Tunstall, The Offspring, Sharon Jones, The Dap Kings, and Rodrigo y Gabriella.

T-mobile has received the highest rank in wireless retail customer satisfaction in a J.D. Power and Associate study. T-mobile first emerged on the cell phone market in 2002 and is currently headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. T-mobile was rated either high or above average by their customers in this particular study that consisted of four unique categories: sales staff, store display, store facility, and price/promotion.
